What Most Carpet Cleaners don’t want you to ask!
Do you have training? You may be surprised that even though it is required to maintain your warrantee, Cleanrite is the only Regina Company that is IICRC certified (the most recognized training organization). This means that the Cleanrite staff must regularly take courses and pass tests in order to clean in your home.
How will it take to dry?
Long dry times are not only inconvenient they may increase bacteria, cause odors, cause browning of the carpet, or damage the glue that holds the carpet together. Dry times of 4-8 hours is acceptable but with the state of the art equipment used by CleanRite our carpets usually dry in 1-3 hours.
What is included?
Sometimes we see something that looks like a deal but after all the extras are added it is not. In order to remove soil you need a preconditioned; any ethical company will include a regular preconditioned but unfortunately some charge extra. Most people have one or two small spills per room that will require a spot cleaner. Some companies will charge for every spot and this may be expensive. Cleanrite includes a preconditioner and the use of 3 general spot cleaners.
Will I have warrantee after cleaning?

Do they have good references?
Any good carpet cleaner should have an endless supply of great references. It is important to always ask for references and then phone them to confirm. Exclusively the highest quality retailers such as Parkland, United Carpet, and Sear flooring have refereed Cleanrite.
